Lahtnor found his interest in ropes around 2012. Since the start he knew he wanted to blend his skills as a professional musician and educator into a multi-faceted artistry of photo, video, performance, craft and education.

Lahtnor shares the soul of the Japanese origin of Kinbaku by having the same kind of respect towards time and flow
but going beyond the traditional ways of tying.
He uses his knowledge of body mechanics to create a style focusing in on the body at hand with focus, efficiency and solid structures.

As a part of his journey Lahtnor began to craft his own ropes. Seeing it as an extension of himself to provide others with his unique craft to further enhance their rope journey. With ropes fit for use to his specifications and needs.
